04 Mar 3 Ways To Confound The Enemy.
I would sure love to have the enemy perpetually confused about me. I would love to for him to be completely unable to understand me, for him be stupefied, and knock him senseless regarding anything that concerns me.
You know, the devil is constantly on the look out for God’s creation, especially those that have chosen Him(God) as Father. The devil can do absolutely nothing to hurt God, he is utterly powerless before God, but he knows that if he can hurt God’s children, then he will be able to cause God pain.
But every child of God can deny the enemy that pleasure.
I have seen wrestlers and boxers confuse their opponents in a fight. They act like they are going one way but then throw a punch from the other side and discomfit their opponents.
We can live in our lives in a manner that keeps the devil confused about us and/or our next move. Click To Tweet
Let me share in this brief post ways you can make it unable for the enemy to reach you.
1. Live Righteous.
When you live righteous, doing only that which pleases God in the midst of the many traps of sin the devil sets before you, you confuse the enemy. He expects you to sin so that you he can get through to you but if you do not, he is powerless before you because he can find no fault in you.
We know [with confidence] that anyone born of God does not habitually sin; but He (Jesus) who was born of God [carefully] keeps and protects him, and the evil one does not touch him. 1 John 5:18 AMP
2. Live A Life Of Praise.
While complaint, murmuring doubt, anger and all those negative emotions energizes him and gives him room to operate. Praise confuses the enemy!
If you decide to keep praising God, in-spite of, despite, regardless, not minding, ignoring any and every thing, the enemy is rendered powerless.
This is because praise brings God’s manifest presence into any atmosphere and you know the devil cannot stand His presence.
You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore. Psalm 16:11 AMP
3. Love God.
When you love God, you obey His word…
If you [really] love Me, you will keep and obey My commandments. John 14:15 AMP
And you love others.
And this commandment we have from Him, that the one who loves God should also [unselfishly] love his brother and seek the best for him. 1 John 4:21 AMP
Love summarizes the whole law, and if anyone obeys the law of love, that person is a winner over the enemy.
If we can follow stedfastly in these three lifestyles, the enemy will be incapacitated because there will be no room for him in our lives since we have nothing that belongs to him with us.
I will not speak with you much longer, for the ruler of the world (Satan) is coming. And he has no claim on Me [no power over Me nor anything that he can use against Me]; John 14:30 AMP
It is possible to keep the enemy away. Click To Tweet
Yes, he will try us, he will make attempts but if he comes against us one way, he will be made to flee seven ways because God will be with us and for us.
Since we are born of The Spirit, if we choose life in the spirit, a lifestyle that keeps the flesh under, we cannot be understood by the devil and his cohorts.
The wind blows where it wishes and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it is coming from and where it is going; so it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit. John 3:8 AMP

Posted at 19:33h, 06 MarchHi Teshuva. May God continue to use you in the great work you are doing for His Kingdom. How do you get rid of bad thoughts that keep on invading our minds? Doing something bad though you know it is against God command, especially behaviors. Eg, anger, envy, impatience etc…
God bless you and your family…

Posted at 16:01h, 16 MarchAmen! Sorry for this late response.
Bonnie fill your spirit with God’s word that deal with these habits. Pray in the spirit and spend a lot of time in God’s presence, praying and studying His word. When you spend a lot of time with God, you take on more of His nature.
Please email me if you need to, do have a super blessed rest of week!
