To Not Be Moved

Today's Word

To Not Be Moved

Today's WordIn the world’s eyes, it is narrow mindedness to build your life and world around God, in God and within God. I often hear people ask, “How can a life be all about God and Church?” Some have told me that it is narrow mindedness not to “mix” with the world and all the stuff that come with it.
Truth is, we cannot call on God and also play a little with the devil. We cannot claim followership of Christ without giving our every day lives and being to Him, in complete, total and absolute surrender. If God is our God then He should always be our focus, our object of worship, the thought that consumes our heart and the light that guides our way.
2014 is a year as all other years, filled with God’s promised blessings but we must realize that the devil has plans too. John10: 10a
Only those who focus on God and choose to be under His influence only will miss the fiery darts of the enemy. Only these people will stand strong and unbeaten when the storms of the enemy begin come raging.

I have set the Lord always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. Psalm 16:8
