Keep Your Head Up

Today's Word

Keep Your Head Up

Today's WordAll of us have faced rejection at one time or the other. Someone might have told you in words or by actions that you and your life are worth nothing. You may have faced rejection upon rejection and you are beginning to wonder if you are any good. Maybe there is a perceived disadvantage that you believe you have that makes you think that you will end up less than an average person.  You are so wrong!
Go through scriptures and you will find that God did not use many people who had it all together; He used Rahab the harlot, Ruth the outcast, Paul the persecutor, The Samaritan woman who was into bigamy, Moses the stutterer and murderer, Matthew the sinful tax collector… the list is in-exhaustive.
Do not allow anything or anyone make you feel less than God has created you, he lives inside of you; Greatness is in you!
And do not be surprised when God uses you as a blessing to even those who rejected, condemned and despised you. He likes to go against the tide of the world and do things just the way He wants them so He gets all the glory.

So my counsel would be to ignore it when people reject, despise or condemn you, concentrate on pursuing your purpose in God without hate or bitterness, and watch God use you right before your world. Keep your head up and tell your world to expect to hear from you, you are making a great come back!!!

Because I have most assuredly seen the abuse and oppression of My people in Egypt and have heard their sighing and groaning, I have come down to rescue them. So, now come! I will send you back to Egypt [as My messenger]. It was this very Moses whom they had denied (disowned and rejected), saying, Who made you our ruler (referee) and judge? whom God sent to be a ruler and deliverer and redeemer, by and with the [protecting and helping] hand of the Angel that appeared to him in the bramblebush. Acts 7:34-35 (AMP)
