27 Nov God’s Fear Upon Your Enemies
The plan was made, the strategies laid out, the command sealed, the date approved and the gang was ready; Israel is to be wiped out.
But there was a superior plan, and far superior strategies put in place. A more superior command had been issued and a stronger host of armies had been let loose. But of course all of this was unknown to the enemy.
The Jews had gathered to face all their enemies, those who had ganged up against them to wipe them out on the set date but the Bible says that not one of their enemies could withstand them because fear of them (The Jews) fell upon all the people and the opposite of what the enemy intended occurred. The Jews defeated their enemies. Esther 9:1&2
Reading this I remembered that one of God’s promised blessing for those who serve and obey Him was that His fear would go before us and come upon our enemies, our enemies shall run from our presence So as long as we serve Him like He desires, we can rest in the knowing that no matter what we face God has sent His fear before us and against the enemy. So like some folks would say; “Chillax”
I will send My terror before you and will throw into confusion all the people to whom you shall come, and I will make all your foes turn from you [in flight]. Exodus 23:27 (AMP)
