What I Have

Today's Word

What I Have

Today's WordThere are many needs around us; we pass by people every day who need one thing or the other. So many times we shrug and tell the people and sometimes ourselves that we do not have what they need or anything to offer them.
Looking deep within, or taking the time to really think about these people or perhaps listening some more to them will cause us to realize that we do have something to offer them.
May be a shoulder to cry on, a smile, a piece of advice, a bug hug, a hand to dry their tears, a prayer, sharing the good news, or some money. There is something we have that can help the persons we would ordinarily have passed by if we only took the time to stop, look and listen. Like Peter, we may not have money, but we do have something, someone that we could take time to share with them and change their lives forever.
Next time when you meet that person, do not walk away; you do have someone and/or something to share.

But Peter said, Silver and gold (money) I do not have; but what I do have, that I give to you: in [the use of] the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk! Acts 3:6 (AMP)
