Every believer’s primary call is to soul wining, but there is an assignment, that specific thing that God has called every person to.
I have learnt that many times we seem to wait for a “big revelation” from God before we step out and fulfill destiny. When all the while God has been speaking to us by nudges about something, someone or a group of people. We often do not have to search too far or too long to know that thing which God has given us passion for. Our hearts think continually about it, we are passionate about it, we always ask questions about it. Nehemiah was concerned and passionate about his home land; and one time he asked timely and relevant questions and discovered what exactly God would have him do.

…one of my brethren, came, he and certain men of Judah; and I asked them concerning the Jews that had escaped, which were left of the captivity, and concerning Jerusalem. And they said unto me, The remnant that are left of the captivity there in the province are in great affliction and reproach: the wall of Jerusalem also is broken down, and the gates thereof are burned with fire. And it came to pass, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept, and mourned certain days, and fasted, and prayed before the God of heaven.
