Get Soft

Today's Word

Get Soft

teshuva, jesus, God, love, obey, the wordEvery parent wants the very best for their child, every good parent does. Sometimes though a child does not listen and gets his or her fingers burnt, it aches a parent’s heart when this happens.
Same thing happens when we keep refusing to harken to God’s word. Especially since He knows it is best for us. It breaks His heart when we turn deaf ears to His word and run our own course. And worse still, it destroys any man to keep hardening their hearts to God’s word. To be submissive to God means to put ourselves in a place of safety, are you playing safe?
HE WHO, being often reproved, hardens his neck shall suddenly be destroyed–and that without remedy…Proverbs 29.1.AMP

the rules and regulations of your establishment? Happy? Dont we all Know the
consequences of just doing our own thing in an official setting?

Unfortunately many people respect and honour their bosses more than they do God.

I’m always complaining that my 4 yo doesn’t listen to me. The Lord must feel the same way when His children won’t listen to Him! 😉

    XOXO,

Very true, it hurts Him badly like it does us as parents>
