Do Good

Today's Word

Do Good

teshuva, jesus, God, love, obey, the wordWe have the word of God and The Holy Spirit in us as children of God. with these two blessings we are able to know good from evil. God’s word says that anyone who knows to do good and does not do it, commits sin. James 4:17

We know those promptings by the Holy Ghost to; speak the truth, help the lady with that heavy bag, hold the door open for someone, pick up something that fell off someone and hand it to them, call that person and ask for forgiveness, tell that person you love him/her, refuse to be a false witness, bless that helpless person with some cash or other material stuff, tell that neighbor or passer-by about the love of God… Those promptings must not be ignored. It pays to do good, what you sow you reap. The reward does not end here; it goes before you in eternity too.

But glory and honor and [heart] peace shall be awarded to everyone who [habitually] does good, the Jew first and also the Greek (Gentile). Romans 2:10 (AMP)
