Making It Visible

Today's Word

Making It Visible

teshuva, jesus, God, love, obey, the wordIt is a well-known fact that God expects us to put our faith and trust in Him as Father into actions. Not just when we have a want or desire to be met but as a show of our family hood. No wonder the Apostle Paul says to us that faith without works is dead, lifeless, meaningless and makes no impact whatsoever.
When we render service to one another, it is a show practice of faith; it makes our faith and our God evident to the world. Whether the person is big or little, high or low, rich or poor, nice to us or not, we must learn to love and serve “members of the family” whether or not we know them. After all, God says we lie when we say we love Him but do not love the brethren.

Dear friend, when you extend hospitality to Christian brothers and sisters, even when they are strangers, you make the faith visible. 3 John 1:5-8 MSG

Love. The summary of our Christian faith. We cannot comprehend The power of love. Love sent Jesus to the cross. Where love is, there is no offence therefore satan has nothing to work with. More of your love in our lives Lord IJN. Amen.
