teshuva, jesus, God, love, obey, the wordWhat you think about reflects what/who  you are ruled by. If you are consumed by thoughts that are pleasing to your flesh and seek to satisfy its lusts, then you are still being controlled by the flesh. But if your mind is full of thoughts that please and Honour God, you are under the control of The Holy Spirit. What are the things your mind is set on?
We must begin to train our minds to think according to God’s Word, it requires a lot of discipline; the discipline of reading and studying the word consistently, the discipline of praying and spending time with God, the discipline of doing The Word…Hard work with great reward. What are you thinking, who is controlling you?

For those who are according to the flesh and are controlled by its unholy desires set their minds on and pursue those things which gratify the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit and are controlled by the desires of the Spirit set their minds on and seek those things which gratify the Holy Spirit. Romans 8:5 AMP

    This is a very nice piece, what we allow or feed our minds with has a way of influencing one’s mindset positively or negatively. It really calls for concern, more so with the social media now is awash with all manner of negativity,thereby exposing the young generation. I am blessed by this piece.Thanks

      The media is loaded with dirt and grit from the enemy my brother, but we can refuse to take in any of his junk.
