Put Your Foot Down

Today's Word

Put Your Foot Down

teshuva, jesus, God, love, obey, the wordLife is a battleground, the war is fierce and numerous. Sometimes it comes at intervals and sometimes the wars come in rushing successions. In this battle we are left with only two strict choices: fight or die!

The enemy never gets tired of hurling his ammunitions at you so you cannot afford to be casual, give up or surrender. No! Not when you know by God’s infallible word that if you fight you will win. You must keep on fighting, do not relax or relent because the war is ongoing. After every victory you must quit yourself incase another war comes up because it will.

Now this is not to scare you at all but to warn and arm you. The great news about this is that if you dare fight, your victory is guaranteed because of The Almighty God who backs you up. But you must be firm and you must keep on fighting…

Keep your mind clear, and be alert. Your opponent the devil is prowling around like a roaring lion as he looks for someone to devour. Be firm in the faith and resist him, knowing that other believers throughout the world are going through the same kind of suffering. 1 Peter 5:8&9
