BLAME IT ON THE WIND!

Not so
WORDLESS WEDNESDAY

At a park in Canvey
Some children raced with me.
I suggested it….

So off we went to the start line!

We took off, the wind wanted to steal my cap.
I wouldn’t let it!
How could I come last?!
These are children, and I’m not that old!
Even my ten year old out ran me!
You can’t run much…
without proper use of your arms can you?
So blame it on the wind!
Had to protect my cap!

Don’t laugh, this isn’t funny!

  5. Hah! My kids can out run me too…next time I’m putting on a cap so I have something to blame it on (thanks for the tip!). :)

  6. Bless you ma. How did the wind get the blame?
    I do not get it.
    Have a blessed day.
    My love to all yours.
And I am still laughing at the outcome of the race.
    I haven’t raced in years.
I will probably finish last if I was in the race too.
We thank God for the wind of the H/S at work in us.

  7. I’m sure both of my kids could outrun me too, and they’d certainly try a lot harder than I would ;) .
