ANOTHER AWARD!

THE VERSATILE BLOGGER AWARD

About two weeks ago, my bloggy friend Becca nominated me for The Versatile Blogger Award, thanks a lot Becca, I feel honoured that you have such thoughts towards me!

Now you should remember to visit Becca, she really writes inspiring posts.

I am excited, yet humbled to receive another award over such a short time from the first

I started this blog just about seven months ago and I have been blessed by how God has used it to inspire many.

Here is how the award works, when you get the award you:

1. Thank the person that gave you the award in a blog post & link back to their blog.

2. Pass the award on to 15 bloggers you follow.

3. Include 7 random things about yourself in your post.

4. Notify your nominees by leaving a comment on their blog.

Now, I have loads of inspirational bloggy friends, but unfortunately I have to nominate only fifteen, let me try. Here are my nominees:
  1. Danielle of Healingtheheaviness
  2. Kristin of Ponderings
  3. Beth of Footprintsinthemud
  4. Tiffany of Mrstmmpate
  5. Marie of Rasinggreatmen
  6. Jolene of Thealabasterjar
  7. Michelle of Bigfoottribe
  8. Mama Alvina of Ahavaandamara
  9. Colette of Jamericanspice
  10. Kim of Toodarnhappy
  11. Michelle of Normalchaos
  12. Esther of Laughwithusblog
  13. Amber of Notesforthegoats
  14. Jennifer of Royallittlelambs
  15. Tiffany of Raisingpaityn

Okay, that done, here are seven random things about me:
  1. I am not as fragile as I look. I have proved that time and time again- For example I have to look after four men…okay, three little ones and a big one, four men all the same.
  2. I am used to be very prim and Proper Patricia.
  3. I am not very good at sports- I would have loved to be a great runner, since I am slim, I thought the wind would just carry me to the finish line. I didn’t even come fifth at a 100 meters race in college.Ha!
  4. It truly breaks my heart to see people suffer; it breaks it even more when there is very little, physically or materially speaking that I can do to help.
  5. I hate movies with sad endings, I cry even when I know it is only an act, I can only enjoy a movie when I believe it is happening, lol!
  6. I am working hard to be a positive influence in my world
  7. I have a past which isn’t a sweet tale. I met the Saviour, Jesus who changed my heart. I now follow Him with all my heart with hope and faith of eternal life with Him.

All right then!
Thanks again Becca, and congratulations to all my nominees!

You all have a great day!

I loved reading your list and I think we are a lot alike. I cry at movies, even commercials! I would love to be a biker. I’m trying, but these 50 year old legs aren’t going like they did a decade ago….but I’m tryin’! And my heart breaks all the time for people who suffer. Trying there to do my part.
Thank you again for thinking of me.
    Blessings~
